I am a native Catalan. I was born and raised in Girona, a town in Northern Catalonia. For over a year now, I have been teaching Catalan to people from all over the world through my Instagram account @dailycatalan. My content has helped thousands of people get started on their Catalan-learning journey or improved their basic Catalan skills.

To fully appreciate this course, you need to have a basic understanding of Catalan.  This course will give you an intermediate knowledge of the language (B2).

• Pronunciation: you will learn from a native speaker how to pronounce the most difficult sounds in Catalan.
• Vocabulary: you will learn the most common vocabulary used in Catalan in many daily situations that you can encounter.
• Grammar: by the end of the course you will be able to master the most important grammar concepts, so that you will understand the logic behind the Catalan language. 
• Culture and lifestyle: learning the Catalan culture will allow you to really connect with the locals and to understand how Catalans think.

How the Course Looks

This video shows you how the course, its videos, and the additional materials look like. 

The course is divided into multiple sections, containing the 60+ video lessons and the exercise sets. I advise you to watch the sessions in order, as the course provides you with a sequential and logical learning path. Remember that you can always go back and watch the lessons as many times as you need.
